Our project idea is to allocate 350 acres of our 1157 acres of farm land to 350 female farmers within areas of operations, for innovative cultivation of paddy, which will create a sustainable monthly income for them with their families for many years to come.
These female farmers will become our company's female farming partners. Our company will enter into a purchase agreement with them to purchase the paddy they will cultivate with our help and support at the end of every planting cycle.
For innovative cultivation of paddy rice, this project will use an irrigation system for the entire 350 acres of land that we will allocate to our female farming partners. We believe that a sustainable income in farming can only be achieved through irrigation, as this will lead to three farming cycles every year, thereby creating a regular income for the farmers and their families.
There will be no registration fee or any form of charges to our female farming partners. We will include in our agreement that 50% of our input costs will be deducted from the proceeds they will derive from the sale of paddy rice to us at the end of a cultivation cycle.
All that this project requires from the female farming partners is a full-time commitment to manage the plots allocated to them.
Our company seeks investment or a grant fund to implement this project. Full project proposal will be submitted upon request by any investor or donor.
